Alan Pan brings with him more than 30 years professional in IT/ Semiconductor related field, plentiful working experience, and well-established public relationship. He holds a Business Administration Master degree from the University of Chengchi and Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Feng Chia.
