| GCT founded in 1998, employs over 200 people. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California with a R&D center in Seoul, South Korea. They are a leading fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets innovative integrated circuit solutions for the wireless communications industry. With its proven CMOS radio frequency (RF) and SOC expertise, GCT provides state-of-the-art CMOS RF transceivers and CMOS single-chip solutions serving 3G and 4G mobile handset manufacturers. Currently, GCT has 3 different segment product lines including Digital TV Tuner (S-DMB, T-DMB, ISDB-T), Mobile Phone RF Transceiver (PHS, CDMA2000), and Wireless SOC (WiFi, Bluetooth, WiMAX). |

We are pleased to announce Mr. Alan Pan as the President for the ASEC International Corporation since November 1, 2007. Alan Pan brings with him more than 30 years professional in IT/ Semiconductor related field, plentiful working experience, and well-established public relationship. He holds a Business Administration Master degree from the University of Chengchi and Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Feng Chia. He will be meeting with many of you soon and we believe that Alan Pan will bring many new successes to our relationship and create much more win-win situation together.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express his deep appreciation to all of you for the tremendous support over the past 21 years.
