• 1986
  Starting out as ASEC Company (predecessor of ASEC International Corp.) with a business capital of NTD 5 million and was primarily selling electronic components. Due to the expansion of our business, the company was moved to Ming-Sheng East Road.
  Representing and marketing AMD products.

• 1989
  Awarded for outstanding distribution from AMD and increased the capital stock to NTD 30,600,000

• 1991
  Was authorized by MICRON as the sole representative in Taiwan and won the award as outstanding marketing and sales contributor in the same year. Was also awarded from Taiwan Electrical & Electronic Manufactures Association (EEMA) for contribution in researching and developing X Terminals. Sold the authority of dealing semiconductor to Winbond Electronics Corp. for NTD 16,350,000

• 1992
  Representing and marketing IIT (predecessor of 8x8) video conferencing products.Completion of our self-own office located in Nan Kang and the company was then moved.Awarded by AMD as outstanding contributor in marketing and sales of CPU.Awarded by MICRON for outstanding monthly achievement in marketing and sales.

• 1993
  Representing and marketing products from Ali, PhaseLink, Lab and etc.Won the award for outstanding seasonal achievement in marketing and sales by MICRON.

• 1994
  Awarded by MICRON for outstanding monthly achievement in marketing and sales.

• 1996
  Gained the authority in representing products from MICROCHIP, Onnetech(predecessor of E-Color)、TigerJet and etc.

• 1997
  Gained the authority in representing products from Promax-Johnton, EON, Level One, C-Cube and etc.

• 1998
  Capital stock increased to NTD 132 million，Changed company name from ASEC Company to ASEC International Corporation.Gained the authority in representing products from M-Systems Asia Ltd.

• 1999
  Awarded by Department of Finance (DOF) Taipei for outstanding businessman in making out uniform invoice.
  Invested in Chang-Zhao Investment Ltd and owned 99.86% shares of the company.
  Invested in ASEC (H.K) Ltd and held 99% of the shares.
  Invested in GOLD TENDER Ltd and owned 99% shares.
  Became representative of MIXAM and CoEv.
  Capital stock increased to NTD 204 million.
  Seeking consultancy and assistance from GreTai Securities Market (GTSM) in gaining approval to issue the company shares.

• 2000
  Awarded by M-Systems as annual outstanding contributor in marketing and sales.
  Awarded by E-Color as remarkable representative.
  Gained authority in representing IDMicro、KHT、ATAN、ADAPTEC (Roxio)、PC-Doctor、GIGA A/S、CHRONTEL、NOGATECH (zoran)、CTC、YOUNTEL and etc.
  Capital stock increased to NTD 320 million.
  Was listed as the 27th of the 100 companies with remarkable management in World Magazine (Tian-Xia).
  Purchased a land of 922cm² in Nei Hu in order to establish an office building for our growing business.
  Gained the British SGS ISO 9002 Certification.

• 2001
  Gained authority in representing INTEL, PCTEL, Sharp, Neodio and etc.
  Awarded by M-Systems as outstanding contributor in marketing and sales.
  Awarded by E-Color as outstanding contributor.
  Company shares were issued on the 10th of August.
  Capital stock increased to NTD 425 million.
  China Youth Career Development Ass. Headquarter awarded Chairman Mr. Bo-Yi Cai as annual exemplary youth career achiever of the year 2001.
  Started building our 14-storied headquarters office (ca. 7,276 cm²) in Nei Hu, included 4 storeys underground.

• 2002
  Gained the authority of representing PLL、TAGSYS、Mysticom、ENOVA and etc.
  Invested in Chang-Zhao Investment Ltd and owned 100% shares of the company.
  Capital stock increased to NTD 622 million.

• 2003
  Gained the authority of representing ISSI.
  Completion of headquarter in Nei Hu. The head office was then moved from Nan Kang District.
  Signed up contract with J.D.Edwards and led in his ERP Systems.

• 2004
  Gained the authority of representing ACCFAST, TAIFATECH, SYNCMOS, TRUMPION etc.
  INFINEON purchased and incorporated existing product line ADMTEK. ASEC gained thus the authority of representing INFINEON.
  J.D.Edwards ERP Systems go live.
  Capital stock increased to NTD 650.23 million.

• 2005
  Gained the authority of representing Afatech、Cheertek、Delta、SMSC、Yahsin and etc.
  Decrease in Treasury Stock 3,238,000 shares, Capital Stock is now NTD617.85 million.

• 2006
  Gained the authority of representing Agere、Cortina、Epicom、Freescale、Newport and etc.
  Decrease in Treasury Stock 2,500,000 shares, Capital Stock is now NTD592.85 million.

• 2007
  Gained the authority of representing Aker、eASIC、Ralink、Tehuti and etc.
  Mr. Alan Pan joins ASEC as President since November 01.
  Expanded HK’s operation and set up branch office on December 27.

• 2008
  HK Branch has officially started up operation on April 01.
  Grained the authority of representing Taifatech、Metanoia、GCT、Swissbit.
  Decrease in Treasury Stock 3,678,000 shares, Capital Stock is now NTD556.07 million.

• 2009
  Established Idea Success Ltd. The Stock of ASEC (HK) and Gold Tender transfer to Idea Success Ltd.
  Gained the authority of representing Renesas、Prolific、Jorjin、ISSC、iWatt.
  Developing GTC branded products, and implement through (IOT) supply chain networks to provide comprehensive solutions.

• 2010
  The Chairman Mr. Steve Tsai succeeds as the President.
  Established Golden Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
  Gained the authority of representing Gemtek、Neopac、Fujitsu、Edison、Hisense、Akros.

• 2011
  Represent and distribute products for DMT、Delta.
  Co-developing hard/software total solutions of Internet of Things (IOT) with BROADCOM.

• 2012
  Represent and distribute products for Telit、Axelite.
  Introduced Microchip motor solution to one of the top cooling fan manufacturers.

• 2013
  Represent and distribute products for Spansion.
  The following are products developed by GTC：Wi-Fi SiP module、Wi-Fi PCB module、Bluetooth module、Design kit、Demobox。
  Decrease in Treasury Stock 2,000,000 shares, Capital Stock is now NTD536.07 million.

• 2014
  Represent and distribute products for CamSemi.
  GTC Operation officially established on Aug.1st.
  The following are products developed by GTC：The smart lighting solution based on the GBS 535 Wi-Fi module、The Smart Link network protocol for the IOT、The enhanced Smart Command, a Wi-Fi application programming protocol、GBS 535 Wi-Fi to UART PCB module。

  Decrease in Treasury Stock 3,560,000 shares, Capital Stock is now NTD500.47 million.
  GTC increase its capital to NTD 30,000,000

  Represent and distribute products for Bosch Sensortec.
  ASEC 100% owned subsidiary of GTC, officially became IBM IoT Platform Business Partner in February.
  Design the GTC IIoT Wi-Fi solution for the W.W leading electrical power screw driver manufacturer.
  Develop high integration IIoT solution for electrical power tool application.

• 2018
  Represent and distribute products for BAMBU.

  Receive the best motor application distributor award by Microchip.

  Receive Microchip best distributor award for solution integration.
  The following are the product and technology developted by GTC：Functionally upgraded environmental sensing IAQ module、Power factor correction design technology used in BLDC motor application、Bluetooth 5.0 mesh networking solution for IIoT application.

  Represent and distribute products for Media Tek、Realtek、Senslab、Terasilic.

     The following are the product and technology developted by GTC
     1.The first in Taiwan to successfully integrate the Microchip next-generation motor software, motorBench Development Suite and dsPIC33 MCU into the AC
        power input, PMSM motor application.
     2.Wireless control, high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) large fan solution for industrial and commercial facilities.
